TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Third Annual Shoffee.com Shoffice Pool is 100% FREE to enter, and is open to both Shoffee.com customers and non-customers. Employees and family members of Shoffee.com employees are NOT eligible to win prizes, however, they are welcome to enter and compete in the Third Annual Shoffee.com Shoffice Pool. There is a limit of one entry per person. All prizes will be awarded in one 'lump sum,' and will be delivered to the winners at no charge to the winner via UPS Ground delivery. Winners will be notified via email no later than 24 hours after the conclusion of the 2010 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament. In the event of a tie for any position, the first tiebreaker will be the 'tiebreaker' entered when submitting your entry. In the event that a tie still exists after the 'tiebreaker' is used, Random.org will be used to settle all ties. By submitting your free entry in the Second Annual Shoffee.com Shoffice Pool, you give Shoffee.com the right to contact you at least four times during the course of the 2010 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament, and to share information with FLAVIA and Keurig, Inc.
